Eren Perakende ve Tekstil operates under an integrated production and sustainability vision, drawing on Eren Holding's long history in the textile industry, which began in 1969. Using cutting-edge technology, it produces licensed global brands and sells premium goods to customers both locally and abroad through its retail locations.
Within the boundaries of Ulaş Beldesi, Ergene district, Tekirdağ province, our Çorlu facility has an annual production capacity of 4,000 tonnes of yarn, 2,500 tonnes of yarn dyeing, 5,000 tonnes of fabric dyeing, 3,000 tonnes of knitted fabric production, 150,000 pieces of knitwear, 1,000,000 pairs of socks, and 80,000 coats. Developed with a continuous improvement approach, our facility is home to one of the most advanced and efficient machine parks currently available. Our R&D Centre is committed to the continuous development of its products in collaboration with professionals from around the world, and its young, dynamic, and creative staff closely monitor the advancement of technologies.
Our Bitlis facility, which we established in 2023, is the largest yarn production centre in the region, in accordance with our domestic production vision. Our facility is distinguished in the industry by its modern infrastructure and automated usage systems, which guarantee high efficiency. Specifically, it has an annual production capacity of 10,000 tonnes of compact/open-end yarn, 8,500 tonnes of air-jet yarn, and 8,500 tonnes of coloured blended yarn.
Our Tekirdağ footwear production and logistics campus has been constructed with LEED-certified building infrastructure. Our facility is designed with a focus on sustainability, featuring environmentally friendly material choices and rainwater collection systems. It integrates rubber sole production and subsequent finishing processes.
The campus is also designed to consolidate all logistics processes associated with our retail operations, with an annual production capacity of 1,460,000 pairs of shoes. Advanced automation systems are installed in the logistics centre, which is distinguished by its substantial storage capacity of 16 million units.
Our logistics infrastructure will be upgraded to next-generation performance standards thanks to the Pouch Sorter technology, which will be implemented for the first time in Türkiye at Misinli facility. This technology will result in high speed, accuracy, and traceability in order picking and product management.
Within our Misinli Campus, through the LEED certification process for our Eren Textile Footwear Production and Eren Textile Logistics buildings, we aim to strengthen our sustainable campus approach and enhance resource efficiency across our operations.
