In accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards, we at Eren Perakende ve Tekstil A.Ş. implement, maintain, and continuously improve quality, environment, and occupational health and safety management systems in an integrated structure. Our guiding principles when conducting our business are to minimize our impact on the environment, safeguard the health and safety of our employees, and guarantee the highest level of customer satisfaction.
In this context, we commit;
- To uphold and consistently enhance the system's efficacy by meeting all our Integrated Management System's requirements,
- To systematically evaluate customer expectations and feedback while maintaining customer satisfaction as the focal point of our activities; to consistently enhance quality performance and refine our processes through a data-driven improvement methodology,
- To achieve correct production initially and consistently by guaranteeing continuity in product and service quality,
- To utilize natural resources effectively, prevent pollution, and implement a zero-waste strategy by reducing the environmental impacts that may result from our activities,
- To implement energy efficiency, carbon footprint reduction, and sustainable manufacturing practices that will contribute to the fight against climate change,
- To completely comply with national and international legal requirements,
- To eliminate hazards, reduce risks, and prevent occupational diseases and accidents by promoting an occupational health and safety culture throughout the institution,
- To raise OHS awareness through open communication and consultation processes, encouraging participation from all employees and employee representatives,
- To enforce a zero-tolerance policy against all forms of child labor, forced labor, discrimination, and harassment; to adhere to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the International Labor Organization's (ILO) conventions, and ethical working principles to safeguard employee rights and guarantee safe working conditions;
- To monitor and assess environmental, quality, and OHS performance against defined measurable targets,
- To develop production systems that are sensitive to human and environmental factors by adhering to best practices, creative methods, and technological advancements,
- To behave in accordance with sustainability principles and with a sense of social responsibility,
- To build trust-based, long-term, and value-creating relationships with our stakeholders in all locations where we operate,
- To guarantee that all our workers, subcontractors, guests, and suppliers behave in a way that prioritises quality, the environment, and workplace safety,
- To comprehensively establish and uphold the importance of international sustainability and textile standards (GOTS, OCS, RCS, GRS, RWS, RHS, regenagri, EUROPEAN FLAX, BCI, Oeko-Tex) and ZDHC (Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals) within our scope, and to implement strategies aimed at preventing the use and release of hazardous chemicals,
- In all production processes, we are dedicated to implementing the principles of non-hazardous, environmentally friendly, safe, and sustainable production.
