What is the NextGen program?
There are three distinct young talent programs that are part of NextGen. These programs were developed by Eren Perakende to identify, cultivate, and recruit potential candidates for leadership roles in the future. These programs are NextGen Retailers, NextGen Kickstart, and NextGen Discover.
Each one is tailored to a particular line of work at a particular occupation. These programs combine leadership development, rotational assignments, mentoring, and on-the-job learning experiences to bring recent graduates to the centre, the field, and a global perspective.

The NextGen Retailers program was designed for recent college graduates who will be working in the administrative functions of Eren Perakende's headquarters. The program's objective is to facilitate the growth of young professionals who possess strong analytical skills and are strategic thinkers by assigning them to various roles. Participant training, mentoring processes, and project assignments all contribute to the participants' acquisition of a multifaceted experience.
Candidates who have finished their undergraduate studies within the last two years, speak English well, and want to work in head office are eligible for the program.

The NextGen Kickstart program is intended for recent graduates who wish to work in-store to obtain firsthand retail experience. Workshops, hands-on training, and coaching support help participants develop their leadership potential. The program provides a solid foundation for a management career in the fast-paced retail industry.
Candidates who are mobile, enjoy active field work, have a strong command of English, and graduated within the last two years are eligible for the program.

Young individuals who are interested in working for Eren Perakende in Russia and the CIS region are eligible to participate in the NextGen Discover program, which is an international initiative. While working in various nations, participants get experience with cross-cultural business practices and get the chance to actively participate in international projects.
